Position Title: Affiliate Marketing Contractor               Reports to: Director of E-Comm

The Affiliate Marketing role will play a critical part in growing and scaling an affiliate marketing program for the fast-growing business. Specific responsibilities will include developing and executing the strategy, building partnerships with vendors/publishers/affiliates and optimizing campaigns and budgets. The successful candidate will bring a highly analytical, creative and flexible growth mindset to the role, which will be critical to delivering breakthrough thinking for this channel. This is a highly collaborative role that will work across the Force of Nature business as well as high-profile external partners.

  • 4+ years of experience in an Affiliate Marketing or similar position
  • Must have a proven track record of building affiliate programs from scratch
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills needed
  • Portfolio of successful affiliate marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Familiarity with Known affiliate platforms and Google Analytics as well a familiarity with different SEO tools like Ahrefs and Semrush
  • Passion for innovation, creative problem solving, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Flexible & ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
  • A strong communicator with a can-do, positive attitude and a strong desire to get things done
  • Strategic self-starter with ability to navigate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong knowledge of the affiliate space and how to optimize partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models

  • You’ll be in charge of outreach, onboarding, and communicating with our affiliate partners and inviting them to the affiliate program
  • Be the main point of contact for our affiliates
  • Work with our affiliates to test different types of content to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with the Director of Ecommerce to establish our content strategy, promotions, and commissions calendar, and you’ll oversee that content is published to schedule
  • Work closely with E-commerce, Marketing and Finance teams to develop and execute strategy across affiliate marketing ecosystem including sell-in documents, payout models and contracts
  • Regularly analyze data and metrics to identify key opportunities to improve KPI performance, increase scale, and enhance efficiency of marketing spend
  • Own direct relationship with top affiliate partners and external vendors/agencies
  • Excellent strategic planning skills with the ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate high impact campaigns and initiatives
  • Drive innovation with partners to get them excited to promote our first-class streaming services and beloved content
  • Drive recruitment and business development efforts to identify and establish relationships with new affiliate partners, including editorial publishers, affiliate networks, high-quality incentivized and loyalty programs, and brand-to-brand partnerships
