Just the right size…

I’m a huge fan of FoN. Their mission, their meats. This is where I go for my bison. The bison burgers are the right size and amount for any meal. I haven’t perfected to art of cooking them yet. Over heating does ruin the tenderness and they become tough to chew…so don’t over cook. Seasoning is simple… add salt and butter. That’s it. Enjoy.

Box Shipped Without Ice

Hey, sorry I have to write this, and I do hope this is ad-hoc, but my prior order shipped with no ice included and it arrived leaking blood in my building's mailroom. The meat selection is well and away beyond what's currently on market but the logistic error was hard to work around.
