Eat More Invasive Species Hat

Boar are an invasive species in North America. Non-native to our ecosystem, they have no true natural predators and due to their rooting behavior and high population numbers cause economic harm to the tune of over $2.5 BILLION in annual damages, mostly in Texas.  

The good news is that there is a solution that is nutritious and delicious, and we want to spread the word.
