Wow. I don't even want to write this review, because I don't want anyone else to know about this incredibly flavorful, melt-in-your-mouth bacon. A single review will never convey the loveliness that is this meat. It is fabulous. As other reviewers have said, the cooked product is smaller than regular bacon, but this should not deter you from purchasing this and experiencing it for yourself. I used some of the rendered fat to add to a pasta dish I made with the ground wild boar. Phenomenal. Sad to see this is a limited product.

Hands down the best bacon. I prefer this cut from a wild boar because there is almost no fat, but this bacon from this type of pig can do a lot for you. One example, let’s say you have a house of picky eaters, and you’re trying to feed them Bison Organ burgers or Beef Organ/Elk meatloaf. Chop up a tiny amount of the solid fat from the bacon and mix it into the meat. In my home, the picky eaters won’t stop devouring the delicious regenerative food. Side note - Bison Organ or Beef Organ is in reference to FON’s Ancestral blends.
