3 Easy Recipes ft. Force of Nature's Regenerative Ground Beef

1. ) TACO STUFFED SWEET POTATOES

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack of Force of Nature Ground Beef
  • 4 medium sweet potatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 3 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup beef broth
  • salt, black pepper to taste

PREPARATION

First, bake your sweet potatoes

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and wrap each potato in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour and 15 minutes or until completely soft in the center. The size/shape of your potato will affect the baking time!

While your sweet potatoes bake, make the beef taco meat

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. • Add the onion and cook for 5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. • Add the beef and cook until no longer pink, breaking into crumbles. Add chili powder, coriander, cayenne pepper, oregano, tomato paste, vinegar and broth - stir to combine. Cook until the liquid is completely absorbed. Remove from the heat. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

Next, stuff your potatoes

Cut open your sweet potatoes, mash sweet potato slightly with fork, fill with your taco meat, top with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!

2. ) SMASH BURGER WITH SPECIAL SAUCE

BURGER INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 tsp dijon or yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp hot sauce
  • Toasted brioche bun or pretzel bun

OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:

  • Tomatoes

  • Pickles
  • Caramelized onions

PREPARATION:

  • For the special sauce, combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Form the beef into balls of about 2 ounces.
  • Preheat a skillet over high heat. Once it’s hot, lightly oil the surface.
  • Place the beef balls onto the hot skillet, and immediately smash them down using a large metal spatula. The patties should be quite thin.
  • Salt and pepper the smashed patties.
  • Cook the patties for about 1 minute, then flip and season the other side.
  • If using cheese, add the cheese to the patties at this point.
  • After another 30 seconds to one minute, the patties will be cooked through. Pull them from the skillet and assemble your burgers.
  • On a toasted bun, spread about 1 tbsp of the special sauce onto the bottom.
