- 2 Tbsp tallow
- ½ cup Bachan’s Japanese BBQ Sauce (more to taste)
- 1 tsp garlic powder · Kosher salt
- 6 cups broccoli florets (from ~6 heads)
- 2 cups uncooked jasmine rice
- 4 green onions, sliced · 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
Preparation:

Bison – Sear in tallow until browned and crispy. Season with salt and garlic powder, then glaze with Bachan’s; cook until sticky.
