1lb Force of Nature Regenerative Ground Beef (or sub protein of your choice) | 2 cloves chopped garlic | 1 sliced onion | 1 sliced green bell pepper | 4 pasture-raised eggs | olive oil | salt & pepper to taste
Cook ground beef, onions, and bell peppers in a cast iron skillet on medium heat. Add desired amount of salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil while stirring often to break up pieces of beef. Cook until meat is browned and vegetables are soft. Make a well in the mixture and crack 4 eggs over the top. Cover the skillet and cook until egg whites are no longer translucent. ENJOY!
