Texas Meatballs

Melt in your mouth meatballs. 

  • 1 package Force of Nature regenerative beef or beef ancestral blend
  • 1 package Force of Nature ground pork
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons chopped jalapeno
  • 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon chopped red onion
  • 2 teaspoons salt (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup bone broth

Mix to incorporate. Roll into balls and fry in your favorite animal fat until browned or bake for 25 min at 350.
