Position Title: Customer Service Coordinator

Reports to: Director of Operations

Location: Austin, Texas

Position Scope:

The Customer Service Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day of the business across various parts of operations. This person will be tasked with managing the customer order cycle for all distributor and retail customer orders along with various daily tasks along with project-based assignments, some recurring, and some at random. Each requiring the utmost attention to detail. This person will need to be able to work autonomously as well as take the initiative to ensure all assigned duties are fulfilled properly, on-time, and without fail.

Major Responsibilities:

CUSTOMER SERVICE:

  • Be the main contact for all our retail and food service distributor buyers on a daily/weekly basis. Manage all questions / requests internally and communicate back to buyers in a timely manager
  • Manage Orders@ inbox and enter all customer POs in trackers accurately (including pricing)
  • Input customer orders into Cin7 Core as sales orders for fulfillment
  • Communicate with customers when orders have successfully shipped on time and in full or notify when delayed or shorts occur
  • Update and send distributor orders to shipping warehouse/plant
  • Fulfill sales orders in Cin7 Core when they physically ship
  • Keep miscellaneous online order trackers up to date with ship dates, case count updates, notes on shorts, etc
  • Manage and Grow relationship with buying teams of our customers
  • Evaluate and recommend buying strategies and volumes by customer


OPERATIONS COORDINATION:

  • Operations Project Support
  • Data Entry as needed
  • Cross Trained as Backup Support for:

o Receive raw material purchase orders from vendors when they are delivered
o Receiving transfers of materials in Cin7
o Assisting in cross functional inventory management.
o Assist with operations projects and reporting requests as needed

Experience and Certifications:

  • Minimum of 3 Years in a professional work setting
  • Education: 2-year B.S./B.A. degree (preferably in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering) or equivalent.

Proficiencies:

  • Cin7 Core and customer/3PL order management systems preferred
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel and Word/Google Sheets
  • Process planning and Project Management.
  • Extensiv preferred
