Perfect crust, juicy in the middle, no planning ahead required. Once you try it this way, you will not go back. And the best part? You can use this technique for any burger patty recipe, so your options are truly endless.

This is legitimately one of the quickest things you can make, and it will turn out delicious every single time. For Episode 02, we are turning that perfectly cooked patty into a 10 Minute Beef Burger Bowl that is as fun to build as it is to eat.

*Serves 2*

INGREDIENTS:

- 2 Force of Nature Beef Burger Patties

- 1 pack sweet potato fries

- 1 tbsp hot honey

- 1 cup arugula

- 2 slices pepper jack cheese

- 1 pickle spear

- ½ avocado, thinly sliced

- ½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste

Burger Sauce:

- 2 tbsp Primal Kitchen mayonnaise

- 3 tbsp ketchup

- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

- ¼ cup pickle juice

- ¼ cup pickles, diced

PREPARATION:

In a small bowl, mix together all burger sauce ingredients and set aside. Cook your sweet potato fries in an air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Toss with hot honey and flaky salt.

While the fries are cooking, In a hot pan, cook the frozen beef patties in olive oil and season with salt and pepper until one side is browned and crispy, about 4 minutes. Flip, season the other side, and after 2 minutes add the sliced cheese on top.

Here’s a tip! Add in an ice cube or two, and cover until the cheese is melted and the patties are cooked through. The cubes will steam, and the cheese will melt much faster.

Assemble your bowl with a base of arugula and top with the cooked burger patties, hot-honey sweet potato fries, sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and pickle spear. Drizzle the burger sauce over the top and enjoy!
