Force of Nature Smash Burger
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 boxes of Beef Patties
- 4 brioche buns
- 4 slices of raw cheddar cheese
- Sliced pickles (2-3 per burger)
- ½ cup thinly sliced yellow onions
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp grass fed butter
- Garlic powder to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
FORCE OF NATURE SAUCE:
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp diced pickles
- 1 tbsp pickle juice
PREPARATION:

Remove the beef patties from the Force of Nature packaging and season with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, add your Force of Nature sauce ingredients, stir, and set aside.

Heat up a large skillet on medium high heat and when hot, add in the butter.

Place a handful of thinly sliced onions on the skillet and then add the beef patty on top - Smash it down with a spatula or burger press and let cook for 3-5 minutes

When crispy, flip the burger patty and onions, top with a slice of cheddar cheese, and let cook for 2-3 more minutes.

Remove the cooked patties from the skillet and toast the insides of the brioche buns in the remaining liquid.

Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit, and spoon out into a bowl. Add in salt, pepper, and garlic powder and stir to combine.

Assemble your burger in this order: Bun, Force of Nature sauce, beef patty, avocado, pickles, and top with the bun.
