Three-Minute Mango-Lime Sorbet

Frozen mango blitzed with coconut water, lime zest, and honey yields an instantly creamy, dairy-free dessert. It’s bright, tropical, and palate-cleansing—exactly what you want after a smoky, savory feast.

Serves: 6 | Blend Time: 3 min

Ingredients:

  • 4–5 cups frozen mango chunks (about two 10-oz bags)
  • 1 ½ cups coconut water
  • Zest & juice of 4 limes
  • 3 Tbsp honey

Preparation:

  1. Blend everything on high until smooth, adding a splash more coconut water only if needed.
  2. Scoop immediately; garnish with extra lime zest. (Freeze up to 1 hour for a firmer texture.)
