Giveaway Terms and Conditions
These Giveaway Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the giveaway ("Giveaway") offered by Force of Nature ("Sponsor"). By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins on June 18th, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) and ends on July 15th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. PT ("Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device for this Giveaway.

2. Eligibility
2.1. Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 21 years of age at the time of entry.
2.2. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and persons living in the same household are not eligible.
2.3. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter
3.1. During the Giveaway Period, visit any participating retail store in California. Participating retailers are Bristol Farms, Lazy Acres and New Leaf.
3.2. Scan the in-store QR code using a smartphone or other device with internet access.
3.3. Complete and submit the online entry form by providing a valid email address.
3.4. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Giveaway Period.
3.5. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase chances of winning.
3.6. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without visiting a participating store, mail a postcard with your full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number to: Force of Nature “Summer RV Giveaway,” 1902 S Congress Ave., Austin, TX 78704. Mailed entries must be postmarked by July 10, 2025, and received by July 15, 2025.
4. Prize
4.1. One (1) winner will receive a one-week (7-night) RV rental in the State of California ("Prize") in the form of a gift card.
4.2. Maximum retail value of the Prize is two thousand dollars (USD $2,000).
4.3. Prize consists only of rental of the RV; winner is responsible for all other costs (e.g., fuel, taxes, insurance, cleaning fees, deposits).
4.4. The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or other prizes.

5.1. On or about July 15th, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received.
5.2. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5.3. Sponsor will notify the potential winner via the email address provided within five (5) business days after the drawing.
5.4. Winner must respond to notification within seven (7) days or prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner at Sponsor's discretion.

6. Prize Redemption
6.1. Winner must redeem the RV rental by the gift card expiration date.

6.2. Rental dates, pickup and drop-off locations are subject to availability and must be arranged directly with the rental provider.
6.3. Winner must comply with all terms and conditions of the rental provider, including age, driver’s license, credit card deposit, and insurance requirements. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes, unavailability, or service issues on the part of the RV rental provider. Winner assumes all risks associated with use of the Prize.

6.4 By accepting the Prize, winner consents to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Release and Limitations of Liability
7.1. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, RETAILERS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, "RELEASEES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.

BY PARTICIPATING IN THE GIVEAWAY, ENTRANTS AGREE TO RELEASE, DISCHARGE, AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES, RETAILERS, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY, "RELEASEES") FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO PARTICIPATION IN THE GIVEAWAY OR THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF THE PRIZE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
7.2. SPONSOR IS NOT LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OR INJURIES SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH USE OF THE PRIZE OR OTHERWISE. Sponsor makes no warranties or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use or enjoyment of the Prize, including but not limited to its quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. General Conditions
8.1. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
8.2. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Governing Law
All disputes arising out of or relating to this Giveaway shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between entrants and Sponsor regarding the Giveaway and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
