My partner and I are convinced we are your biggest fans! It's the only meat we eat and feel so good about doing so (after being vegan for sometime due to some health issues). The quality is out of this world. We also gift it to friends and family because we believe in your mission and values. They are just INCREDIBLE. All of our orders have been an A++. We just had an issue with our last one, which we were stocking up for about a month+ of meat (because we never want to run out, we're obsessed, haha). On that last big order we did have some issues with almost all of the meat having breaks and tears in the packaging. If I had to guess, perhaps it's from the intense freezing process? (Just a guess). Due to the breaks in the packaging of the individual pieces of meat, there was discoloring due to freezer burn in just about every piece and the thawing caused a few messes in our fridge with the blood leaking everywhere. We've just been defrosting in bowls to prevent that. The freezer burn areas are also a bit tougher on those pieces. Luckily, still safe to eat!
