Nothing like the venison you've had before. Our venison steaks are a naturally lean, dark red meat that is full of flavor. These steaks are rich and tender, with notes of berries.  We recommend grilling or cooking on a cast iron skillet to medium rare. Two 4 oz steaks. Grass fed, grass finished, pasture raised.
